Classes

Haute

Move through a series of 26 traditional postures and two empowering breathing exercises designed to strengthen muscles and ease the mind. The soothing humidity and powerful heat will enhance flexibility and depth within each pose, providing relaxation to yogis of all abilities.

Vinyasa

Connect your breath and movement while flowing through a series of poses. Designed to improve flexibility and build strength while encouraging mindfulness.  A continuous flow of movement set to music. Suitable for all levels.

Yin and Restore

Allow your body to stretch and repair with Yin or Restore, designed to allow your body to slowly transition between longer poses. Yin, practiced in a non-heated room, revitalizes the body’s connective tissues while Restore (practiced warm) promotes deep, passive stretching of the muscles.

Dāna

Dāna, in Sanskrit, means generosity or giving freely.  The more we give without getting something in return, the wealthier we will become. At HYC, we encourage the practice of Dāna through our donation class.  While Dāna is always discretionary, all monies raised during the Dāna class will be given to the charity selected by the students at HYC.

It’s about freedom of movement, physical system and energy flow. It’s about keeping us as healthy, mobile and as pain free as possible for as long as possible. With more freedom of body comes freedom of mind and a better quality of life.
