We offer 60-and 90-minute classes in the traditional “Bikram-style” hot yoga with 26 poses, warm Vinyasa, Kaiute Yoga, Haute Barre, Yin and Restore. Step into the studio and you will immediately feel the therapeutic benefits of our infrared heating system. Infrared heat warms bodies and objects much like the sun without the damaging rays. No forced air means a much quieter experience. Our room has even heat throughout. You may experience increased flexibility and range of motion, greater pain relief, and you may even burn more calories. Not only is our system comfortable, but it is very eco-friendly, using less energy than most other types of heating.
It’s not just the heat, it’s the humidity too! You will start to sweat sooner allowing your muscles to relax, preventing injury. Our system provides the perfect balance between the heat and the humidity to ensure that you have the optimal yoga experience.
The anti-fatigue mat system will provide additional shock absorption for hips and knees while delivering a stable foundation for all poses. Our flooring is odorless, slip-resistant, and bacteria and mold resilient. Floors are cleaned after each class to ensure you have a healthy experience.
Enjoy our spacious locker rooms equipped with showers, vanities, and lockers. We stock all the necessities, making your pre- and post-class experience enjoyable. Members receive studio and bath towels with membership, while drop-in and punch card guests may rent towels at the front desk.

Hello! I’m Lisa Vogt, owner of Haute Yoga Colorado. For me the key to yoga is compassion. I came to yoga to help with stress and professional burnout. What I found was a supportive community that didn’t ask questions, didn’t demand answers. They were there to help me heal mentally. Great yoga teachers live compassion and I believe, they have helped me live it too.
After retiring from teaching high school social studies and special education for 32 years, I became a certified yoga instructor in both Hot Vinyasa and “Bikram-style” yoga. I decided it was time to share my love of yoga by opening my own studio where I can help others heal and strengthen their bodies and minds while facilitating inner peace.
I love helping new students realize the benefits of a disciplined yoga practice as well as guiding seasoned practitioners as they continue their yoga journey each day on their mats.

I was drawn into the hot yoga Core 26+ at 53 years of age. My first goal upon becoming a retired school teacher was to complete the 9-week yoga training. I accomplished this in the fall of 2012. I have been teaching the Core 26+ since 2013. Staying healthy is a constant challenge so I continue to practice the Core 26+.
I hope to meet you and see you in my class where we will find balance, build strength, become calmer in life, and even get a cardiovascular workout. We will also kick butt for 60 or 90 minutes!

I came to yoga after the birth of my son. I was in a very transformative place, I needed something to help me start to heal. I was introduced to Hot Yoga as a moving meditation. I was skeptical. After a few months of practicing regularly, my life off the mat began to change.
Looking for more yoga off my mat, I began research into the 8 limbs of yoga and a took up daily practice. I decided that I wanted this permanently in my life and took my 200 hour certification through Odyssey Yoga of Longmont in 2018. I would start teaching Hot Yoga in early 2019. Loving the community and healing power of yoga, I decided to become certified in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga in the summer of 2019.
We are conscious energy having a physical experience. The experience is a gift, it’s a miracle, and it is to be appreciated. We show appreciation by accepting our ignorance and seeking out life long knowledge that helps empower the collective energy of the universe. I believe there is a space and a place and a purpose for all. Nothing is good or bad, only different. Subject to our perception as conscious energy.

Hi! I’m Amanda Meader and I am honored and excited to be a part of Lisa’s Haute Yoga Studio!
My passion for health and fitness led me, 16 years ago, to become a certified fitness instructor. Employed as an IBM Project Manager for the past 20 years, I needed another outlet physically as well as mentally. After my introduction to Hot Yoga in 2004, I was hooked!
I am inspired by the mental and physical challenges yoga provides, along with the spiritual/intellectual clarity possible through practice. With my newfound passion for Hot Yoga, I wanted to take it deeper and share it with others. With my newfound passion for Yoga, I wanted to take it deeper and share it with others; as a result, I completed my 200-hour teaching training in 2015. For the past five years I have taught primarily Bikram Style Hot Yoga and Baptiste Style Power Yoga. Through teaching I came to understand my practice better and recognized the need to impart to my students the idea that yoga is more than simply a physical activity, while at the same time providing them genuine inspiration. To achieve these new goals, in 2020, I embarked on and completed my 300-hour journey with Gina Caputo’s Integrated Vinyasa™ Yoga at the Colorado School of Yoga.
I enjoy sharing my love for yoga by instructing compassionately with an added athletic style. With my health and fitness background, I believe it’s important to not only reveal and emphasize the proper form and alignment of a posture, but the mechanics behind it.
I strive to provide a class where my students feel challenged yet in control, so what they learn on their mat empowers them to take on anything they face off the mat!

What first brought me to Bikram Yoga in 1999 was several injuries from years of teaching aerobic exercise classes and competitive sports, but what I found through my 20 years of practice was not only that this yoga was healing to my body but my mind as well.
I attended the 9-week Bikram training held in LA in the Spring of 2006 and a re-certification course in 2010. I had the privilege of teaching “one posture at a time” to rehabilitation centers in Texas.
As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, I can tell you that this practice will change your life… like anything worth having it takes showing up, doing the hard work, falling down, and getting back up. Whether I feel like practicing or not, I’ve never once regretted taking the time to just show up. Yoga continues to teach me patience, discipline, and a healthy balance that I could use “off the mat” in this difficult and demanding world.
Know that once you step into the hot room there is no judgement but, a safe haven and a community you too will fall in love with. As there are many reasons why people come to yoga, just know that the most important thing is to be kind to yourself and others, and, keep coming back. Everyday your body is different so everyday your practice will give you what you need.
As an instructor, I am just grateful that you allow me to guide you through your daily medicine that is called YOGA! Remember “the people who mind don’t matter and the people who matter don’t mind!” Dr. Seuss

I took my first yoga class in 1999 while living in Atlanta, GA and teaching Pilates at a local studio. As a classically trained ballet and modern dancer, I was immediately drawn to the physical nature of Ashtanga Yoga and quickly fell into a steady practice. When I moved to Boulder in 2002 I had the opportunity to study with some amazing teachers, and over the course of the next 15 years I completed teacher trainings with Richard Freeman (200 hours), CorePower Yoga (400+ hours), the Colorado School of Yoga (300 hours), and Yoga Loft/Avita Yoga (200 hours).
In addition, I hold my Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition and have most recently completed the first teacher training in the United States in Kaiut Yoga with Francisco Kaiut and Kaiut International (300 hours). Although my background also includes hot yoga, Pilates and Power Yoga, I currently focus on Integrated Vinyasa, Yin and Kaiut. In addition to being the Assistant Manager at CorePower Yoga in South Boulder from 2010-2012, I was also a co-owner of Yoga Loft in South Boulder from 2012-2015. Even though I left studio ownership, I stayed on in various management roles over the past few years, most recently as the Director of the Yoga Department for the Colorado Athletic Club.
I teach my classes with a light-hearted, honest and fun approach, with strong attention on alignment, breath and focus. I hope to help my students find true health and happiness in their bodies through the practice of yoga.

After discovering yoga through competitive dance when I was young, it became something I loved in life. In 2015, my mom taught her first yoga class and I fell in love again. I became connected to myself and the things and I wanted in life. I learned more about who I was as a person and who I wanted to become.
I started my RYT 200 with Lisa in October of 2016 and graduated in June of 2017. I wanted to give others what yoga gave me, a sense of peace, of love, and of strength. I have found the most beautiful souls through yoga, and connected to a community I am ever grateful to be a part of.
Being in the medical field, I have seen first hand the power of yin yoga which is why I am so excited to share that practice with you all. Each day is a gift and being able to share the power of yoga with the community is my gift. I look forward to the day our paths cross, and to see you all in my class one day!

I discovered yoga about 10 years ago during a chronically stressful, unbalanced time in my life. My mat became a sacred and safe space for me to practice being the person I wanted to be in the world, even though I felt very far away from who I wanted to be. My experience has been (and continues to be) transformative. I’ve learned so much about myself through yoga. It’s made my world a better place!
I view this practice as moving meditation in which we use our breath to draw the body and mind in to balance. Our bodies and minds feel different nearly every time we arrive on our mats and I like to incorporate this into my classes. Learning how to tune in to our bodies and tap in to the innate knowledge we possess is so fun!
I teach Vinyasa Flow (all levels) in a slightly warm or non-heated room and I aim to lead my students towards stronger and more flexible bodies, softer hearts, and clearer minds with sequences that integrate alignment and meditative flow.

Life sometimes can be really messy! I mean that figuratively as well as literally. I have been married to my best friend, Jesse for the past 25 years. We have been so blessed to have 10, (yes, that’s correct) 10 beautiful and amazing children ages three to twenty-one.
I didn’t know that I would fall in love with yoga; I didn’t know what “Yoga” could mean. As a certified Barre instructor, I learned how the underlying subtleties of yoga work together with my Barre practice to create strength and flexibility. I have found my leadership skills through movement and strength. They have helped me to embrace the beauty of healing, alignment, and the ability to join our mind, body, soul, and spirit. Because of this, I can help others to own their own stories.
Barre has offered me a place of safety, encouragement, strength, and excellence. After realizing how fun it would be to introduce my practice to yoga practitioners, I set about creating my own version of Haute Barre. Barre uses many techniques found in physical therapy. If you have a favorite, let me know. Good chance I can work it in. If you have any injuries, conditions, or need modifications, please let me know. I want your experience to be safe and pleasurable.
