I love Haute Yoga Colorado! They offer a variety of class options to fit your schedule and everyone is very welcoming. I struggled to find a good yoga studio when I first moved to CO, and I was so happy when I found this one! The community is great and you always leave feeling better than you felt when you got there!

After moving from Texas and trying to find a hot yoga studio, I not only found that but friendships as well. This hot yoga studio is so much more than just a studio- it is a community. I’m very happy to have a member ship here, you should join too!

I was traveling across the United States when I injured myself, I was unable to continue driving until I recovered. I have been practicing hot yoga for 13 years at this point so naturally I searched for a studio. I found Haute Yoga Colorado and fell in love. The community that received me here was full of so much love and support that I had to stay. I have lived in the area and practiced at this studio ever since. It is has given me the love and community I had been missing my whole life.

Lisa and her instructors are amazing! I would give this place 10 🌟 if I could. I was a bit nervous getting back to yoga and joining a new studio on my own but after talking to Lisa I felt like I would fit right in. It feels like a big family. Game changer for my mental and physical health.

You keep reading how great the studio is and it’s true! Our community is incredible. I’m loving the encouragement we get while we invest in our practice and meet other yogi’s. The January challenge was much needed and seriously loving March MATness. The teams are great and our competitive spirit is coming out.Come join us!The third picture is what I feel like every Sunday night programing for my Tuesday, 5:30 PM HIIT class. The hardest part is showing up on your mat but once you are here, no regrets!

I absolutely love Haute Yoga Colorado. This past summer I suffered from a severe concussion at Red Rocks Amphitheater due to the hailstorm that took place, and despite going through physical therapy, I truly believed that my mind and body would never be the same. I also started a new job this past year which caused a bunch of strain physically and emotionally. Despite these trying times, I began a 2-week trial at Haute Yoga Colorado in January just to simply help with stress, and have been in love with going ever since. I can truly say that my balance, stamina, mindfulness, and overall well-being have been positively impacted, plus I feel as though I am in the best shape of my life. Lisa, the owner, does such an amazing job connecting with all of her participants. Additionally, the instructors are all unique, yet amazing in the way they teach their practice. I also really enjoy the community the studio has brought me through special contests and their ability to motivate and uplift the people around them. I would recommend Haute Yoga Colorado to anyone and everyone.

This place has the best classes and they are not limited to just the heated kind! Facilities and equipment are spotless clean. The instructors are great and the community of yogis is fun. I bought the 2-week intro unlimited pass and had the opportunity to practice different kinds of yoga styles with different instructors. My most favorite was the 95 degrees with Lisa, while the 105 degrees challenged me strong. Try it out!

Haute yoga Colorado is amazing. Lisa the instructor was knowledgeable and made everyone feel included. I felt comfortable and supported to try new moves. Lisa helped us pick our spot in the room that would be the right temperature and during class would remind us when the hardest parts were. There was everything you could need- locker room, towels, blocks and cleaning supplies for your mat. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back.
