Haute 60, 75, or 90
Move through a series of 26 traditional postures and two empowering breathing exercises designed to strengthen muscles and ease the mind. The soothing humidity and powerful heat will enhance flexibility and depth within each pose, providing relaxation to yogis of all abilities.
A set sequence designed to improve flexibility and build strength, provides grounding and stability while encouraging mindfulness. A continuous flow of movement set to music, Haute Flow will get your heart pumping, your body sweating, and will leave you feeling amazing.
High Intensity Interval Training Yoga
HIIT Yoga and HIIT Fusion
A combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga asana practice. Build strength and burn fat through bursts of intense (100 percent effort) anaerobic exercise followed by brief recovery periods.
There are multiple benefits of combining yoga with HIIT including reduced strain on the knees and other joints typically experienced in other HIIT exercise, a complete workout in less time, and body and breath connection through the yoga asanas.

Yin Yoga works the connective tissues of our deep fascia, ligaments, and joints in a non-heated room. By focusing on deep stretching, breathing, and relaxing you will be able to open up even the tightest areas of your body. Add in the meditative nature of holding poses for an extended time and you have the perfect complement to your regular practice.

I was SO happy I took the time to try a new studio (I’m a CorePower Junkie) – because this place is Wonderful!!!! Not only is it adorable (with a great selection of beautiful jewelry, clothes and gift-goodies) but the instructor was Amazing! Lisa (also the owner) is clearly a pro; she guided us through an incredible hot series that set every muscle in my body straight – and cleared my foggy-holiday-brain.
